Special education staff requesting calming sensory seating option. This support will be used to support regulation and attention for special education students

Detroit Zoo admission for four classes of Zoology from Dexter High School.

Digital DSLR Cameras for the new Digital Photography Class at Dexter High School. For Photography Students to learn the ins and outs of Digital Photography and its practical and artistic implementations in this ever changing technological world.

The Zones of Regulation 2-book set and corresponding Tools To Try Cards will enhance the current Anchor and Beacon social and emotional learning initiatives. Currently, teachers in both buildings are implementing The Zones of Regulation language, strategies, and methodology in their classrooms.

The acquisition of current, up to date oceanography textbooks for the DHS National Ocean Science Bowl (NOSB) Quiz Team to help compete in the regional Great Lakes Bowl competition held in February each year.

I am submitting this grant request to provide funds to purchase necessary equipment for our Conjugate training system within our Iron Dread Strength and Conditioning program. The Iron Dread Program has been in place since November of 2017 and serves Dexter Community Schools Students grades 5-12 and Alumni.
