GraphX and Graphic Arts I and II Students at DHS are often asked to design, print, and finish work for the District and class assignments, giving those students hands-on experience with the entire process of designing and finishing a production project. Students can use this production knowledge in future career endeavors, the lamination process is typically something that they may encounter in many jobs after High School. The entire District would have access to this laminator when they are in need of District work done for each individual building or department. GraphX Students already have large format printers capable of printing the design work it will be beneficial for them to follow through with the entire process to an ultimately finished item.
