Projecting Beauty

5 daylight compatible projectors for DHS Advanced Drawing & Painting Mural Students to project their designs for more accurate rendering.
DHS Advanced Drawing & Painting Students final Project is a Mural within the Dexter High School building. Students draw their own designs for the Mural (whether in a Teachers Classroom or the general hallways), their designs go through an approval process and then the Student gets to transfer their drawing from paper onto the wall. Something that is hard for High School Students to grasp is the transition from 8 ½ x 11” sketchbook paper to 3-4’ of cinderblock. A helpful tool has been for Students to turn their unique designs into transparencies and use old overhead projectors to project their designs onto the wall on a large scale to help make their designs as accurate as possible. These overhead projectors are finicky, heavy, require chords that potentially need to run across hallways, etc. These WiFi/Bluetooth compatible wireless projectors will help all future Advanced Drawing & Painting Students not only learn the conversion between their 2D Drawings to Digital but will also help to ensure that their finished Mural is as accurate and precise as their original approved drawing.
