The Educational Foundation of Dexter was organized in 1984 for the enrichment and benefit of the students enrolled in the Dexter School District.  It is a non-profit, volunteer organization.
              

The goal of the Educational Foundation of Dexter is to provide financial support for innovative and creative educational projects that cannot be funded by the school district.

Each year, thousands of dollars are awarded to teachers in all of the Dexter schools through an approved grant process.

Individuals can support us with tax-deductiblecontributions, items to auction during our Annual Fundraising Event in February, or by joining our Board of Trustees.  For more information on how you can help please click here.

Philosophy:    The standard of life and the economic viability of the Dexter community depend heavily on the quality of our educational system.  Our community and schools must combine local resources and initiative in order to enhance excellence in education.
