Nominate a Teacher to the Dexterity Honor Roll!

Applications are being accepted now.

As an end-of-the-year “thank you”, recognize an outstanding Dexter Community Schools teacher or employee by making a donation to the Educational Foundation of Dexter in his or her name.

Your nominee will receive a letter or recognition with your special comments as well as a commemorative certificate suitable for framing. All donations received by June 1, 2012 will be in teachers’ hands by year end. If you wish to deliver certificate yourself, let us know and we will drop it off in the appropriate school office for your pick-up and delivery. Just pick up a form in your school office or fill out online form here.

For 25 years, the Educational Foundation of Dexter has been an invaluable resource for your favorite dedicated teacher to obtain funding for enhanced learning opportunities. Since our inception in 1985, the foundation has awarded over $620,000.00 in the form of teacher grants, touching students in each and every school. If your child has enjoyed any of the programs listed below during his or her academic career, you’ve experienced EFD funding at work. Your donation will provide seed money for additional grants and new internship and scholarship programs the EFD is developing. What better way to honor a special teacher, principal, bus driver or DCS retiree?
